Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant's use of Stencil Specs, operated by DEFAULT VALUE LLC. By installing the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify's applicable platform and billing terms.
Service
Stencil Specs helps merchants define, populate, publish, and monitor product specification tables. Merchants remain responsible for their product data, storefront content, theme configuration, legal disclosures, and the accuracy of information shown to shoppers.
Acceptable use
Merchants may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
Plans and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Charges, approvals, changes, and cancellation follow Shopify's billing flow. A merchant may uninstall the app at any time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and DEFAULT VALUE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
